What will I learn in this course?
Child yoga is an approach that teaches children physical postures, meditation, breathing exercises using stories and games while helping them realise their inner rhythm, flexibility and bodies, helping them respect their relationships with each other and nature and encourages them to not compare themselves with anyone else. Therefore, child yoga is fun, and it prepares children for this journey of discoveries.
Why must I take this course?
Yoga is an effective philosophy that helps children access their own emotions. It is an effective system that increases self-confidence and strengthens character through body and breathing exercises. If you want to teach anything to your child, then you must teach it by gaining their trust and explain it in a way that they will understand and help them to form an understanding of cause and effect through yoga.
