Course summary

At times, it can become impossible to listen to yourself and continue living in a healthy way in an excessively busy and stressful daily life. Yoga has existed for a very long time and facilitates a journey of self-discovery. All you need to do is come to the mat to open the door to this proven and well-established experience.

She was born on the 26th of April 1984 in Famagusta in the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus. Her introduction to yoga stretches back to the year 2010. After continuing yoga until 2017 as a regular student, she decided to deepen her knowledge in the field and become an instructor. Her training includes: RYT Vinyasa yoga 2017 RYT Pregnancy yoga 2018 RYT Child yoga 2019 Additionally, after attending retreat camps abroad (10-day yoga retreat with Japan Govinda Kai in 2018), she is now conducting yoga training at the studio she opened in 2019 with her own efforts and continues her life by organising her own yoga retreat camps. Her main aim is to enable yoga to reach more people and be beneficial, and to portray this philosophy to new generations in a better way.
