Lawyer Özal Oğuz was born in the city of Cologne in Germany on the 13th of April 1973. Oğuz completed his primary and middle school education in Gönendere and his high school education at 20 Temmuz High School in Nicosia. Lawyer Özal Oğuz, who went to Izmir for his university education in 1991, graduated from 9 Eylül University Faculty of Law. He completed his law internship at the İzmir Law Society and started his career in İzmir working for the İzmir Law Society as a lawyer. Lawyer Özal Oğuz moved to Istanbul in 2000. He worked at various corporations including Uzan and Rax until 2004. Lawyer Oğuz, who established his own law office in 2005, mainly focusses on Trade Law, Loan Law, Work Law, and Copyright Law. He is married and has two children.
